HOA Fee Payment Options

 

• Click HERE to pay your HOA fees online. You may choose to pay via credit card or through your bank account. There is a transaction charge.  Payments made using the online payment option can take up to 12 days to be transferred to the HOA account.  To avoid a $10.00 late fee you must make your online payment for the month early enough to be transferred to the HOA account by the last day of the month.

• The monthly HOA fee is $120. Homeowners may pay monthly or multiple months at a time.

• Coupon booklets with monthly coupons for mailing checks are hand delivered in December. Coupon booklets are mailed to Association members living off site. Envelopes are not included - a cost savings for the HOA.
  
  
• Our mailing address for HOA fees is 4 Weems Lane #268, Winchester, VA 22601.
  
  
• Payments are due the 15th of every month with a grace period until the last day of the month. After that, a $10.00 late fee is assessed.
  
  
• If you prefer to make an automatic recurring payment (ACH) through your bank, please contact Dana Sullivan for the appropriate form. There is no transaction fee for ACH.
